Fashion Invention is a virtual space where we emphasize self-expression thru seemingly disjoined, nonlinear, experimental mixes. Guests are asked to feature more than one genre and one hour or more in length. There are no other types of framing given, and we try to avoid being as prescriptive as possible. 

Featured artists have done all-production mixes, spliced film scenes in between songs, mixed jungle with new age meditation music and brazilian pop, and experimented with their sets in other unconventional ways. 

Many of our guests are involved in the local scene here:. Promoters, DJs, producers, and partiers. This five-day residency for Station Station's Montreal special week have been a showcasing of the types of music that we all enjoy sharing together.
